Established in 2000, Vuephoria is the creative vision of Elliot Sorkin. In 2009, Elliot designed and developed an online collaborative environment for Columbia University's Center for Computational Learning Systems. He based this user-driven interactive workspace on an open source Content Management Framework called Drupal. Features include dynamic database driven data, organic groups, user profiles, professional blogs, events management, news feeds, incoming and outgoing RSS feeds and integration for the research scientists to sync their publications with Google Scholar.
